Credit Breakdown window
Purpose
This window displays the rent-to-rent contract credits available to apply to a sales, layaway, or proposal invoices.
To access this window
On the Contract Credit Amount window, click Contract Credit. If more than one contract credit is found for the customer account, the Select Rental window displays instead. Select an account and click Select to display this window.

Previous Credit |
Displays the amount of credit entered in the Previous Rent - Credit box on the Enter New Rent to Rent window. |

Current Credit |
Displays the amount of accumulated credit on the rental contract. |
|
Total Credit |
Displays the total amount of previous and current credit available to use on the invoice. |
|
Tax |
Displays the amount of tax for the Total Credit amount. |
|
Total Credit w/ Tax |
Displays the total amount of the Total Credit and Tax boxes. |
